Morrisons Doorstep Deliveries – customer contact centre is launching a dedicated telephone service for customers who are self-isolating, elderly, vulnerable and not able to visit a shop, so they can order a delivery to their doorstep from a list of around 45 essential items. Once ordered the deliveries are picked in a local store and delivered direct, with payment on the doorstep. The new service will be live tomorrow, with the first deliveries being picked and delivered by colleagues in store, supported by our Community Champions If you have friends or family in need of this help and are unable to shop instore, please ask them to call 0345 611 6111 and select option 4 to order a Foodbox or 5 to place an order for Doorstep delivery. The order will take 24 hours to process, and payment will be taken through a contactless card by the delivery driver.
