ARE TURNING’ AGAIN! The Bopper Bus new autumn term starts on Friday 21st September. Tickets will be on sale in the Charmouth Post Office and the Chideock Londis Shop from Monday 17th. As many of you will know the Bopper Bus picks up children from the various villages and takes them to Bridport Leisure Centre on a Friday evening from 5 – 8pm. The have a sports activity followed by swimming and then the bus returns them home. We urgently need ‘volunteer escorts’ to accompany the children on the bus and supervise them at The Leisure Centre. The more escorts we have the less times their name appears on the rota but even two or three times a year would be helpful. You have to be CRB checked and full training would be given.
