The Chideock Players have been entertaining local audiences for over 60 years, in recent times producing 2 plays annually, with the emphasis very much on comedy. We are presently in rehearsal for our autumn 2013 presentation “Dish of the Day”, a comedy set in an Italian restaurant in the charge of one of the world’s most incompetent waiters, as portrayed by Haydn Wright. The play is being directed by Val Cowell, and features amongst others Catherine Batten, Natalie Williams, Alyssa West, and making his debut with the Chideock Players newcomer Neil Kennedy. Performance dates are Thurs,Fri and Sat 28th, 29th and 30th November.
