Mill Lane Resurfacing. Mill Lane is to be resurfaced down to about Beeswing, although it may be taken to the start
of the Bridleway if the Site Agent considers it necessary. This means that Mill Lane will be closed and Dorset Highways have obtained a Temporary Traffic Regulation Order for this. The road will be closed to traffic for 4 days from Wed 15 February to Mon 20 February from 09.00am to 4.30pm excluding the weekend. All affected residents should have received a letter. BT Works on A35. BT will be working to remove old cables along the A35 from Dorchester to Honiton. The work starts on 1 Feb and will be complete by 29 Feb. It will take place overnight from 19:30 to 06:00 Monday to Thursday and temporary traffic lights may be in use. There is no specific date given for when work will occur in the Chideock area.
Salt / Grit Bins. Magna have supplied a salt / grit bin for Ridwood. All 4 grit bins have been filled by Dorset Highways.[HR]
