Many of you may know that we are off to live in Spain, for at least six months to see if we like it, prior to buying a home. We just want to say a big “Thank You” to the residents of the Chideock area for making our five years stay so very happy. We lived in Lyme Regis for many years and Chideock was just a place we passed through on our way to other destinations. Well we now know we should have “tarried a while” a lot sooner. Chideock is a lovely village full of lovely people who we hope to see again, either when you visit Spain or when we pay a return visit to Dorset. Many thanks to you all. Rhoda and Terry Elwick
I am sure everyone would wish Rhoda and Terry every hapiness in their ‘new adventure’ but what a loss they will be to our community. They have thrown themselves into our Community Events and became valuable members of the Chideock Society – we would thank them for all their hard work over the last years. Lyn Crisp – Editor
