CHIDEOCK HALL FILM NIGHT
Tuesday 18th November – 7.00pm for 7.30pm
The sequel we didn’t know we needed, Mad About The Boy is a heartfelt, charming return to the chaos surrounding the one and only Bridget Jones. You might even shed a few tears.
Zellweger is plenty charming, as is Hugh Grant as perpetual rogue Daniel Cleaver, who has softened slightly in his old age, and although the pair only share a few scenes, their reunion feels like the most well-executed piece of fan service.
What you have is a mature film that captures all the ups-and-downs of life, and all the truths we can hold at the same time. Bridget can quietly sit with her pain and have fun sexy times with a younger lover.
£5.00 Entry – cash or card payments accepted which includes free tea/coffee & popcorn
wine by glass or bottle, beer, cider & choc ices on sale during interval.
There will be no film night in December.
