BT will be working on the eastbound carriage way of the A35, from Chideock Hill through the village and on to Miles Cross, Bridport. The work is scheduled to take place OVERNIGHT from 5th – 12th March and will involve the use of “rolling” 2 way temporary traffic lights.

Please note the Lent Course starts on 21st February at Humbers, Main Street, Chideock at 2.30pm and NOT 14th February as previously advertised.

Seatown Beach Car Park was devastated by the violent storms last week.  The Car Park Attendants Hut was completely destroyed as the high tide and winds swept in swamping the Car Park.  The force of the water demolished the vehicular bridge and a massive amount of debris was swept into the field behind.  Significant cliff […]
