This weekend Saturday 22nd and Sunday 23rd June from 2.p.m to 5pm the wonderful gardens of Chideock Manor will be open to the public. Take this opportunity to walk around these magnificent gardens courtesy of Mr. & Mrs. Coates. A Plant Stall will offer flowers and plants with proceeds going to the Dome Appeal.

BT will be working on the eastbound carriage way of the A35, from Chideock Hill through the village and on to Miles Cross, Bridport. The work is scheduled to take place OVERNIGHT from 5th – 12th March and will involve the use of “rolling” 2 way temporary traffic lights.

Seatown Beach Car Park was devastated by the violent storms last week. The Car Park Attendants Hut was completely destroyed as the high tide and winds swept in swamping the Car Park.
