The Village Hall was packed for the James Hickman and Dan Cassidy Concert on Thursday 23rd May. The evening was a tremendous sucess with an excellent three course dinner followed by the wonderful music of this talented duo. From Swing to Transportation to Irish and Blue Grass the accoustic violinist held everyone transfixed. The wonderful voice of James Hickman will stay in minds for a long time. It was a great night of entertainment! The food was excellent and the seasonal table flower decorations added ‘flair’ to the occassion. There was a Raffle and an Auction. All proceeds were in aid of The Church of St.Giles. Many thanks must go to Judy Campbell and her Team for such a great evening.
